1090 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1090 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, along with all related policies published by 1090.

To be eligible to use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• An individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited by local law;
• Register one personal account only — multiple registrations are not permitted.

1090 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal age will be terminated immediately and any balance refunded upon completion of the review.

Users of the 1090 platform are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation;
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 1090 platform;
• Engaging in fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment methods, false identity verification, or manipulation of games;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account to a third party;
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action including account suspension or termination, and where necessary, a report will be made to the relevant authorities.

1090 Liability Limits

The 1090 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 1090 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party network failures, or events beyond our control.

Account Suspension & Termination

1090 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. In cases of termination not caused by a user's breach, any valid account balance will be refunded within a reasonable period following completion of the review.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1090 platform are the exclusive property of 1090 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The 1090 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1090 is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. 1090 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
